Any body out there have a Dell Inspiron XPS Dell 13 or 13? They are good laptops?
Do not buy Dell ….!!!! In one year, I had to change my motherboard twice, the memory stcks three times, the operating system loaded half a dozen times … I used to buy all my electronics from them until recently. Your customer support is in India. They had no idea about what was worng with my computer. I knew more than technology tha support there. Eventually I had to take the desktop to my local store to get it fixed, that Dell does not pay. Worse … since I sent a complaint among other factors, tehre someone has signed my e-mail to a spam service Indian! His version of Facebook for the Indians …. So … do not buy Dell! Toshiba Try again. They laptops are good and alsightly higher price, you have quality.
