Dell Xps 1640 Problems

My laptop suddenly filled up (proccessor = 100 %!!!) HELP please?

So, I downloaded this video file about 400MB and not is HD, I see him for 7 minutes then I clicked the Firefox icon to surf the net while the video was playing. then everything became slow, the sound of video was working, but freezed video and I could not open or close something.
