Troubleshooting in Windows 7?

Hello everyone. I have a Dell Studio XPS 1640 with ATI Mobility Radeon 3670. I had installed need for speed shelter and it was running absolutely fine in full screen (1366 X 768) in Vista, but after I upgraded to win 7 i cannot get The Game to run full screen as a small part of the screen on the right and left are completely black as the only games running in the middle of the screen. I have the latest driver for my graphics. screen resolutions and also in 1366 X 768. pls help. a lot of other programs doing the same when run in full screen … Bro my resolution is already at the level louder than words (1366 x 768). I have the latest graphics drivers. I think the problem is in Windows 7 or one of the settings.
