Dell Xps 400 Motherboard Replacement

I need a replacement card for my Dell XPS 400.?

The model number is FJ030. Can anyone recommend a replacement? I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard and processor. Need a great combination. Thank you I have no problem with the use of another case.

I have a Dell XPS 410 you have to go dell you! The motherboards are customized by Dell to fit the case, no normal mobo will fit in this case! I want to do the same lol but you have to buy a new mobo and case! The ONLY way not still the same mobo a normal ATX mobo!
