Dell XPS 410 diagnostic lights, it is customary to start the Vista?

1 year old Dell ™ XPS ™ 410 wont boot? : S closing night I click past. Tried it today and gets stuck in the Dell bar (Loading) Screen. There are 2 lights on the diagnostic lights. 1 and 4. Core Core 2 Duo Extreme 2 gigs ram 500gig harddrive registered dell keyboard Mouse Radeon TV tuner card ATI X1300 (up to date drivers) Sigmatel HD Audio (not supported with Vista SP1 – so im not using SP1 from now), Vista Home Premium 32-bit. If 1 and 4 are on the diagnostic lights, this means "fatal flaw of the system detected on board. "If the system is under warranty it is best to contact Dell as the system will probably require service. If the system is not ensuring attempt to remove all the system except the CPU, memory and video card to see if the system boot. If the system boot happens to see if the diagnostic lights changed. If it appears to get more information or make a different error re-add a component at a time, and continue to try to boot the system. If you get worse or displays the same error trying to boot the system with only the memory and CPU to see what it displays. If nothing works the last step will be removing the memory and try to boot the system only with the CPU installed to see if it gives a different error. If it can not be determined that any of the components are bad, then most likely the motherboard must be replaced.
