Dell Xps 420 Drivers

Can my computer support dual graphics cards?

I'm wondering if my system Dell XPS 420 can support the addition of a second card? If so, how exactly would I do that? 've Heard of some way to connect 2 identical cards together or something to that effect. I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT Total available graphics memory = 1790 MB of dedicated graphics memory = 512 MB of dedicated memory = 0 MB of shared system memory Display = 1278 MB Driver Version adapter = 7.15.11.7545 Primary monitor resolution 1920×1200 = = DirectX version DirectX 10 My system: Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 (3.0GHz, 1333FSB motherboard): 0TP406 Dell, Intel X38 OS: Vista 64-bit Any detailed help would be greatly appreciated!
