Dell XPS 420 Card Reader with built in Bluetooth Problems?

I own a desktop computer Dell XPS 420 with card reader with built Bluetooth. I recently had to re-format my computer using the Dell Resource recovery on my PC. Everything works fine except the Bluetooth card reader. I used to be able to right-click a file, choose Send To and then select Bluetooth and then would look for nearby devices. But now, I can not do anything about it. I have a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard that are working very well now – so I know that the device is not defective. Any ideas? I would like some links to software or drivers, if possible. This could solve the problem – I'm waiting for it! Thank you in advance!

go to the section of conductors dell.com and enter your serial number, and it will list the drivers for your computer needs. Then just download the driver and install it, restart your computer and you must meet.
