Dell Xps Bsod

Windows Vista will not restart?
Recently tweaked my computer and installed XP for the PC would be dual boot. I kinda ummm partitioned my hard recovery (D) away. Now my computer will not restart. He shuts down and then restart if I press the power button. But if I try to make he alone restart it hangs and I have a BSOD. The sequence continues infinately. Anyway I could fix this? You can also format my D drive and remove XP (because its delay my computer) or have to remove the files Vista too? ***** I am using a Dell XPS M1330 with a Core 2 Duo and an NVIDIA GeForce 8400 I have a disc of view, but there is no way to fix this without reinstalling?
If you're lucky you try hitting F8 key during restart computer, then hit Repaire computer option, then full recovery of the image! not enter the original Operating System disk and recover the pc
