Problem with Dell XPS M1330 Integrated Webcam?

My webcam was working fine until recently when I tried to use it in the Dell Webcam Center says "Failed to start preview video. Please turn on the camera. "How do I reconnect to your player? I see the flash of blue light when I turn on my computer and it will work on Yahoo Messenger, but it is slow reallllllyyyy and will not work in other programs such as Skype, Windows Live Messenger or Dell Video Chat. Now I tried the whole Drivers and Downloads at Dell.com, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work … anyone have any advice on how I can maybe try to fix this problem? the flash of blue light indicates that the hardware path is just fine, once it has passed the test boot .. so your problem is software … I guess you tried the drivers from the right, as you mentioned (if you use drivers from another model that can do as many problems) so the last thing you want is you have installed software that changed the system files needed for the path when you boot it can not find the file versions are supposed to find so you receive the error message … or if you are running Windows Update at the bottom that must be completed before you can use all your hardware properly … Try this I hope to fix it for you: go to Device Manager (right-click My Computer – Properties – Device Manager – from the pick list Imaging devices – then right there and your cam Update Driver and let him get it online) so you can be sure you have the right and the driver later for your cam install DirectX 10 you restart a laptop to see if it's ok … If the problem persists I think you'll have to reinstall Windows again as a problem that could have happened and can not be reversed … I wish I could help ….
