Dell XPS M1330 8-in-1 Media Card Reader?

My Dell XPS M1330 has a built-in media card that Dell intends to be an 8-in1 card reader. The state technical specifications that the MS / PRO memory card can be inserted into the card reader. I just tried a insterting and the board went all the way in and has no way of attaching themselves to a reader, I had to push the computer to the card to fall out. SD cards fit perfectly and read. Does anyone know if an MS / Pro card can be read on this reader internal media card?

MS / MS Pro cards are read both from the port of the same player. The card only can be inserted in one direction, which I believe to be the next to touch up. If the reader does not recognize the card, that part of the reader 8 in 1 might be defective. You should not have to shake the computer to get the card, it is a push in the lock and push to eliminate connection. Hope this helps
