Dell Xps Cd Stuck

HELP! I have a CD stuck in my laptop (I have the CD it's like inside my laptop)?

I have a Dell XPS 1330 and it has a slot for a stick Not the CD in which they appear and you put a CD. Anyway, I asked a friend if I can insert a mini DVD into my laptop, he said yes! So I did and I can not take it now cuz it's tiny. He barely .. DANG IT! What should I do? You are very immature.
