How do I fix my blue screen?

I have Windows XP and my computer is a Dell XPS and it was getting blue screens too. when I try to fix me can fix it for about an hour or until the next person logs after freezing and restarts when you try to get the blue screen. deep down I think this is the error code, but it says STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0×00000000, 0xBA513148, 0xBA512E44) I do not know if this will help, but does anyone know how to help me?
