dell xps cooling pad
Must haves for my Dell XPS M1530?

I just got my lap top and just asked what I should buy with it? What is the best router Wireless Padt start? Should I get a waterblock? Please help! I can get on the net allll days watching movies and videos … just thought I would throw it out there:)

In terms of extra gear you may want to consider: 1. The Mouse (possibly wireless. Logitech V450 Nano) Today, life Battery is very good. If you get some of the new laser mice (not to be mistaken with optical mice), you will not need a rug, since work on almost any surface. I tried it on paper printer pure white, which worked very well. Using the mouse is much easier than navigating the touchpad. 2. Headsets / PCI Express Sound Card I think that Dell provides you with the Creative EP-630 headphones. If you do not feel comfortable with it, you can invest in a couple more comfortable, although I have no suggestions. I must tell you, however, not to buy an "ultra high quality super expensive" because it defines the sound card laptop is quite basic and not give you the sound of top-notch. You may have heard great, but the computer can not do much with a mediocre sound card. If you want good sound, you should invest in a PCI Express sound card (Creative Soundblaster is a good brand). 3. Antivirus / Microsoft Office / Software Other These are always good to have. If you of something, you have Office there ready for you. Antivirus make your computer more secure, keeping bugs, viruses and spyware from your system. Also, if you look online, there are a lot of media software and nifty tools out there if you need them. Be sure to ask someone who knows a little about what software is safe before installing. 4. The printer Sometimes you just need some directions or a sheet of printed work. Usually, you can simply plug your old printer and it works well. 5. External Hard Drive (MyPassport WesternDigital [250GB to 500GB]) These are units that are very the size of a 3×5 index card, but the shops, at least 62x more data than your USB flash drive 4GB little, even though it works the same way. Great little item that does is so expensive – a great place to backup data or have a little extra space you need. 6. Carrying Case (even if you do not really need a) The XPS comes with its nifty case. If you find a nice backpack or bag, would serve well as your handbag. In addition, a backpack has a ton of extra pockets for everything you can bring with you (such as a mouse, power cord, flashdrives, etc.)! 7. Backup / Upgraded Battery If you do not think will be around for plugs power often then you might consider getting an extra battery upgraded to the laptop will last longer. Other Notes: You do not really need a waterblock if you're not going to play games. It should be fine as long as you make sure you do not cover the opening of the fan when you use it. I'm not sure what the best wireless router would be, but Linksys routers is very good. You may want to see them. Still, it might be even more reliable and faster if you just get an ethernet cable and connect your laptop the way you connect your computer desktop.
