Two of the best things in life go well together: music and exercises. In the weightlifting, wushu (a martial art) and Dance Dance Revolution, I also run outdoors three times a week and highly recommend running outdoors to everyone who cares about being fit and being healthy. During all these things, is always playing music – the radio plays in Weightroom, music plays an iHome during my practice of Wushu, and DDR is, of course, a music game. But, in the great outdoors, you are left to their own thoughts.

Nobody likes being inside your own head, thinking about the future. Being in this state diminishes the spirit of the moment, and a special hall is The Game mentally pushing yourself a healthier difficult endeavor. I think you know what I mean – You looked for a track, long and straight, while running, and limiting thoughts had come as a result? "Oh, that's too far. Until now. How can I do it, it seems I'm not getting closer to my goal. "No fun. One trick to end it is not looking that far, but just keep head focused on the space immediately around or on the floor in front of you. Another, and my personal fav, is music!

I always take an iPod with me when I run. I gotta have my jams playing my iPod to help put me in a good mood during the performance. But since I run so often, the headphones that came with the iPod started to give out. Not only were they uncomfortable to my ears, but the cable began to fray at the base! Now, I also had been unhappy with the headphones, because I'm an amateur music producer and would like to hear things of good quality. So when it's time for a replacement, I kept it all in mind. I had to get a good sound working headphones.

What you have to look for when you are choosing a pair of headphones quality implementation is not only sound, but above all durability and comfort. The best headphones for work has to fit your ear well, and not fall in the middle of the race. Good headphones play have to have a long cable for tall people, long enough to not have any tension in your pocket. They have to be able to deal with sweat, and best of all they need have good bass sound!

Sennheiser makes three models VERY nice headphones for running: the OMX 80, 80 PMX and CX 380. My favorite one is the OMX 80 as they come in a stylish and orange / gray theme and satisfy my audio needs. Not to mention that they are very comfortable and eco-friendly. The bass is much better than normal headphones of the iPod and the studio is quite nice. Headphones Sennheiser are known for their true sound. The OMX 80 headphones are great run for audiophiles like me who need a good sound quality, and they will not put a dent in your wallet, either!
