Dell Xps Desktop 8000

I was wondering if I could upgrade to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 in a studio Dell XPS 8000 desktop?

I just got this pc a few months ago. Now he has a GeForce GTS 240 in it, I read that you need a supply of 500 watt PSU for GTX 260 and it only has a PSU of 350 watts, so I think I would have to upgrade the PSU as well. I read that Dells are known for making pieces that will not update. I just want to know if this new Dell can be upgraded, and if I have room to do so within the tower. Hopefully someone here may have dealth with this situation and know if it can be done.
