Uhh i need help with my Dell XPS 700?

ok i need help for my Dell has a dual core processor running at 3 GHz, anyone can help me because I do not try to run emulators sound like the PS1 and is soo slow and objects when the light heavyweight with my mouse it starts to freeze, but then he goes Bach to normal and when I verify the performance of every time I take high with the mouse it says im using up 50 + percent of CPU power. that dosnt make sense to me anyone can help please? im running Windows XP for my e-mail is: dbzkid13@yahoo.com

Sounds like possibly a virus or adware. Try scanning for Viršus and do a disk defragmentation drive. In addition, you can just call up Dell support, 24 / 7 and tell them your problem. They should help, especially since you have a xps700, not some computer junky 400 buck. I hope everything works!
