What graphics card (s) are required to run three 30 "monitors on my Dell XPS710 H2C?
I have a Dell XPS710 H2C and I would run three 30 "monitors. I know your current graphics card can run two 30" monitors, but I do not see enough slots for three DVI 30 " monitors necessary? Here is a link to specifications on my system: http://reviews.cnet.com desktops/dell-xps-710-h2c/4505-3118_7-32305739.html tag? = Sub
You can only run two (simply without much effort) IMO three is a waste of money. Go with two 30-inch widescreen. Now, the amount of VRAM on your GPU card depends on what you can control the flow. For two 30-inch screens, I would recommend an nVidia 8800Ultra 1GB version until moment. Or wait for 9000 for the series coming out soon. Dont get SLI or Crossfire what ever anyone says. The cost difference is significantly greater than the difference peformance. ie twice the price does not mean double the power. SLI is twice the price, add 20% of energy.
