what would you upgrade on this computer?
Not trying to spend tons of money, what would you deem the most important thing (or things) that you would upgrade on this cpu if you were an on-again, off-again gamer and otherwise using it mostly for just the internet and burning movies?

No, please don’t tell me to buy a whole new cpu…I still owe quite a bit on this one!
It depends a lot on what you want to use it for.
In terms of gaming, the video card is the bottleneck in that system.
Otherwise it is fairly well balanced. If you want to get some more longevity out of it without replacing the whole thing though, I’d recommend getting more hard drive space (if the internal drive is full) and/or some more RAM.
