How do you enter the BIOS of a Dell XPS t600r?

I'm trying to install Ubuntu on this machine, which is quite old, and I'm not able to enter the BIOS to boot from CD Drive. When I boot the computer I see a blank screen and then shortly after there is one of those old "DELL" logos, but there is no indication as to what hit the key to enter the BIOS. Anybody have any ideas?

Sample commands BIOS are F1, F2, and Delete. Some computers also bring a "Boot Menu" when you hit F12, which allows you to select the device to boot. On a Dell, I try F2 command first.
