my cd drive will not read anything on my Dell XPS M1330?
Ok, I read around about a lot of ppl cannot get your CD / DVD work on this laptop, and get the same error message (code 19), and tell you how to fix it for a few delteting reg. keys, but I can do this, but I do not I end up messing up and ruining my new laptop I got yesturday, so if someone can give a step by step on it, or a link to a good walk so it is very appreciated. If I could not just send a technician to fix it themselves, but if it is very simple i just might do it alone, also some tips on how to be safe about it please let me know.
