Dell Xps Factory Restore

Computer to restore the factory settings?

My Dell XPS has been working right.I not have McAfee and it turned off without my having done disabling it.I many many virus scans and I have no viruses.I think really are viruses.Is there anyway I could restore my computer to factory settings? If I need CD's you already know which CD or where I could get them?
