Dell Xps Fn Key

Anyone have a Dell XPS M1330 Laptop?
I have one and am having a problem with the back light screen, when it is charging it is bright and I can see good, but when I take the charger out it goes really dim and I cannot see the screen, I have tried pressing the Fn key and the up button, but it does not get any brighter. Anyone else have this trouble with this Laptop?
I would never own a Dell POS. You now are stuck with sending it to Dell for repair because no one will touch it with a 10 foot pole. That’s one of the problems with Dell. Too many others to list here. I’m sorry I can’t help except to say Get a MacBook.
