How do I upgrade my Dell XPS Gen 3?

I prefer not to receive a new computer and was wondering what if anything I could do to upgrade. Currently I have: i925X chipset P4 3.20 GHz 1 GB RAM ATI Radeon X800 XT would be possibe to upgrade to dual core?

best response is to talk to Dell, get specifications that you can upgrade to buy and then from somewhere else coz they are a bit expensive
