What is the best way to connect an IDE hard disk of a mother who has entries Serial ATA?

I'm trying to install an IDE hard disk age on a Dell XPS Gen 5 desktop computer I have. The problem is that I do not see any inflows (other than the cable that connects to the burner and DVD drives). I do not see any IDE cables from the power supply points, but there are several on the motherboard that could look like an output voltage (3 them next to the SATA power output of the umbilical cord). Is there a converter I could buy to convert SATA power and connection to IDE or just a way to connect the hard disk directly to the motherboard using the material I have or buying accessories for cheap?
