Dell Xps Hdmi Not Working
They are cheap cables that convert VGA to RCA?
I have a Dell XPS M1330 that only has HDMI and VGA. I want to connect to my tv to watch movies. I saw huge converter boxes that cost more than a hundred. Any1 have any idea if they make cables easy to convert VGA to composite, component or S-Video? I had a cable $ 20, which converted mini-DVI to s-video which worked very well with my MacBook.
Sorry, cables can not do it. HDMI is a digital interface. VGA is RGB Composite, component and S-video are all based on Luma / Chroma, then you need a converter box. Better buy a new TV.
