not the laptop heating decreases the life or cause some other problem or ..?

not cause any problems. I want to buy a laptop. I found a model dell Dell XPS M1330 right for me, but I heard that it heats up quickly and most other models. This model will be best for me?

If it heats up very quickly, you may want to consider haeting up everytime can cause some damage or heating to the hard drive as well. Otherwise, the processor heat is not good for your life. More usability less heat. I would suggest to buy something better. Moreover, Dells usually have some serious problems anyways, so be careful.
