Question keyboard for the Dell XPS M140 … Some Keeys not working?

I was wondering if maybe I could just buy a replacement and tear the old and put in new or there is a risk that is a short in the bottom plate real? It is the Z, X, C, V, M, (,) e. buttons do not work. Too 7 does not work sometimes, sprayed with compressed air, but not resolved. Oh, and the left Shift key and the Enter key does not work. I do not think anything about it was divided but who knows. No guarantee it, but all other keys do not work and I've been looking at replacements, just do not want to buy a new one and the same keys do not work …

If all the keys of other works, then the keyboard itself is defective, replace it with an identical part – preferably original.
