Dell XPS problem?

hi, I am living in Bangalore and is planning to buy a Dell XPS 153. But recently I noticed on the Internet that gives you a kind electric shock when touching the aluminum palm top if u do not have proper grounding in their home. I'm living in a rented house and not having a good ground. So I wonder if someone living in India have come across any problems like this on the use of XPS?

Hey, I live in Pakistan, I have an XPS M1330 (which is the same as 1530 except that 1530 has 15-inch screen). I never had an electric shock. Dell would never put anything on the market that give people an electric shock.
