Are these requirements enough to play The Sims 3?

I want to get this dell xps studio 16 and I chose these things and idk if r enough The Sims 3. The graphics card is good, my only concern would be if your CPU can retain it in the resolution. At worst, you can not play it on max settings and have to settle for a medium resolution (something as 1680×1050 or 1600×1200) with settings for high quality graphics, instead of 1920×1080 with medium graphics settings.
