Dell Xps Lines on Screen

Droped Dell XPS M1350 does not boot up … Please help … 10 points.?

I underwent a recovery of the system when it wouldnt start. It took some time and then disconnect when finished so I turned it on again and it was different then, B4 collection so I tried to recover again and it shows the graphical boot. A bar with green lines moving w / e, then the screen goes black and does not do anything. I left it on overnight to see if he was doing something without showing it and got up in the morning. Nothing. I do not want to completely reinstall the OS because I have some information on there, but I need to I have what measures do I need to do this. Btw i tryed it in safe mode and that does not work nor the last adjustment of recovery. Please help

The hard drive is the only part of the final moving beyond the computer fans and optical drives.
