Is the Dell XPS 630 out of date?

I am considering buying a Dell XPS 630 desktop, and am wondering whether it is outdated. I am very impressed with everything I saw about it (not so much the casual fan high) and will probably buy one as soon as possible. If it is out of date, how long will take to be out of date (bearing in mind that I'm basically just use it for games and school things related to Microsoft Office, etc.)?

Sounds good me. If not for the fact that you say no game, This seems a bit like an exaggeration. It may not be the last thing, the RAM could use an upgrade, but for the price, this seems a good machine.Check the PC Magazine review below.
