my laptop is falling apart, there is a way to fix this?

for the hinges that hold up my laptop screen is completely falling apart, my laptop usually stays up unless something that is supported and will not close, if I then try to make a popping sound. My laptop is a Dell XPS and I was wondering if there was any way I can buy a new screen and replace it? Or if I had to go take it somewhere to be fixed .. I really do not have money to buy another laptop so I'm hoping this is the fix. Please help me = D

it is under warranty then it is replaceable.
