Dell Xps M1330 Laptop Drivers

Problems with my Dell XPS M1330?

I'm having problems with my new Dell XPS laptop when I try to connect my Eye Pod to it through the USB port. For some reason it did not reconize it, however, other objects, like my printer works fine. I have searched for any driver updates available through Dell's web site and was wondering if anyone knew of possible solutions to this problem.

Ok, here's a solution that worked for other off Dell. Remove the battery. Wait a few minutes. Restart the comp, I did it the battery Connect the iPod. Launch iTunes. iPod should be there. At some point I also reconected power. I do not know why this works, it just does.
