Dell Xps M1330 Motherboard Problems

Coming from an old player in The Game notebook, there are several things a buyer can look forward to the Dell XPS M1530.

For years, it has been the complaint many buyers of Dell notebooks that the units are very thick and heavy. The Dell XPS M1530, however, is decidedly different from their older cousins. For first time, Dell has launched a model in 2007, which is sleek, thin and lightweight. When users complained that Dell have very small screens, Dell, then launched the XPS M1530, which has a larger screen.

The XPS M1530 features a soft-touch finish for your cabinet. What is wonderful is that it allows the buyer the choice of three colors different to its completion. Options include Black Tuxedo, Alphine white or red. Dell decided to change from the norm and not overload the machine with flashy designs and as a result, he only has the soft-touch finish to boast aesthetically.

As mentioned earlier, Dell has this notebook incredibly light: something that was not done with previous models. The Dell XPS M1530 weighs an impressive 2.6 screen even if you have a substantial 15.4-inch LCD screen. This is ideal for business and mobile computer users.

The Dell XPS M1530 is made of quality materials, strong and tall, including steel, magnesium and aluminum. This would mean that the XPS M1530 is strong, durable and can withstand the effects of wear, for a period of time.

Dell XPS M1530 also comes with an impressive keyboard. All keys are of size, giving ample room for the fingers and using comfortable for you. They are also very smooth and responsive. The keyboard is complemented by a touchpad also comfortable and sensitive.

One thing that could make it out of the M1530, however, is your sound system mediocre. Placed on top of the keyboard is not supported by a subwoofer, thereby limiting the amount of bass that can output. This will certainly ruin your audio experience.

While it certainly has a good video card, it is far from powerful. The NVIDIA GeForce Go 8600M installed in your motherboard only has a video memory of 256 MB, certainly not enough for heavy gaming. Typical of games that require little video memory and power processing would be sufficient, because it certainly up to the task. However, the hardcore game is not a strong part of this machine. Games like Crysis and Need for Speed Pro Street only provided in very low frame rates, as well, mainly affecting the video quality and detail. So, if you're a hardcore gamer, the M1530 is not the one for you.

All in all, besides the problems of sound and the frame rates low for the later games, the XPS M1530 is an excellent machine. In Indeed, people consider it as the next step after the M1330, a former model who did well in its own right. Despite the high price, the XPS M1530 is still a good buy with its powerful features, design and ergonomics.
