I fix Dell XPS M1330 sound?

I just bought Dell XPS M1330 laptop seems that whenever I use it theres some noises swishing sounds ridiculous from inside the computer sometimes it stops then it starts again as if they can fix this problem? Are you sure you do not is a CD or DVD into the left? It could be a CPU cooling fan? Any indication how often does the noise? After an hour? Minute?
