Dell Xps M140 Hard Drive

Iwonder how to buy an internal hard drive of a Dell computer, is XPS M140. That specifications to look for?

I know I want 400-500 GB but I do not want to buy a hard drive that will not fit, or is somehow the wrong person, so maybe someone has answers for me. I use ebay a lot, but they do not say whether or not the hard drive is compatible with a Dell XPS M140.
