Can I use a DDR2-667 memory module on a Dell XPS-M140?

I'm just wondering, because Dell uses DDR2-533 (PC2-4200) SO-DIMM memory, but I have a DDR 512 "-667 module. Will it work? Thanks for the replies, I can not choose the best, but each one helped me. Thank

Assuming that the count of all the pins and match the rest, yes, you can. It is the speed scale back if it does not support the 667. I installed RAM 800MHz on a PC that supports 667 also, and it will just scale it back.
