Is my laptop overheating?

I have a Dell XPS M1530, and am curious if its overheating. According to SpeedFan, my temps are as IDLE: HD0: 39C temp1: 58C Core2: 59C Core1: 65C Under Stress: 39 58 63 67 Am I Hot? I know that laptops run hot compared to the desktop, but I nothing to worry about?
