Question on Dell computer?

hey quick question about my computer. I customized and purchased a Dell laptop and it should be here tomorrow. (very exciting) I was thinking, when I turn it on, you must install all the drivers for it or they are already installed? It's an XPS M1730 By The Way (if that helps)
