NMI – Parity error memory?

damn, so I got a blue screen of death, tho I've never seen this b4. I understand its something to do with my flakey memory receiving but does this only refer to my RAM, or also my memory on my video card? I have a Dell XPS laptop and ran the diagnostic tools, and testing of video memory failed, then it means your doing with my video card? My video card is the GeForce Go 7950 GTX 512 MB and also what are my options to fix this? I have to get a new video card? a very expensive repair? nothing? thanks for the help
