Can I replace the fan with the headset and microphone on my laptop Dell XPS?

The fan is very noisy and headset does not work.

i have the same problem with my XPS Gen 1. my headset broke. you can buy a new fan with the headset and microphone in the Dell website. to sell it for approx. $ 14 or also http://parts-people.com/ ABT for $ 30.
