Dell Xps No Sound

Why can not I hear the sound on my laptop Dell XPS M1210?

I have the button on the speaker in the lower right corner came all the way, but I have not hear anything when I go to YouTube to watch videos. The sound in the videos are turned up too. Can anyone help me?
