Dell XPS M1530 will not charge?

Every time I turn on the AC adapter dell (90W), which came with my XPS M1530 my computer says there is an adapter Dell and tht may underperform. When I turn it on it says, for no charge. The pin is sitll at the end of it ~ What could be the problem?

HI CD I saw this kind of thing happens when the AC adapter was bad. Try to buy another card and see if it works. He does not have to be a DELL. He just has to be the same volts DC and AMPS. This is shown in the back of the card. It will connect the adapter in another laptop (as some people might suggest). If the amperage is wrong or DC volts, you can damage the laptop!
