changing my Dell XPS 420 video card from ATI 2400PRO the 8800GTS?

I recently bought a new Dell XPS420 original purchaser (the computer was used only 3 days). ATI 2400PRO he has it, but it has only 128MB of memory, which is not enough for me to play. My main game is World of Warcraft, but I just get 20-25 fps with my monitor settings 20''com moderate. I am updating the monitor 24''e soon, so I decided to have a better GPU. I found that the stock PSU is powerful enough for the new BFG GeForce 8800GTS (G92), and also my case is big enough to put this thing insdie …. But my question is, should I Unstall the driver that was installed for the ATI 2400PRO before I install the new card? if so, how can I do this? and I whould uninstall ATI Catalyst as well? is really a pain in the ass by replacing the video card with Dell XPS 420? since I saw some ppl said that the forum diff.

Check if the computer can be upgraded with this type of graphics card and make sure the tracks will work together. How to remove the other graphics card drivers, I do not I think it will be a problem that I know off (may be wrong). It should allow you to add new drivers for 8800 GTS without removing the old drivers.
