what kind of food I need for the Dell XPS 410?

Mine died on my Dell and I need to know the specifications necessary to replace it. I have the old saying that input 100V-120V @ 50-60 Hz Output 375 W, that's basically all im looking for a new one out? or entry? Also they differ the amount of cables that brings because I believe I need more power all the hardware inside. I have two hard drives, motherboard, video card NVIDIA optical drive, etc, just provide any cables may have enough. And finally is better / safer to buy a power supply with more power or I just get the same amount as the present? Thanks in advance
