Installation HD wrong, HELP!?
I'm trying to install a Western Digital 500GB SATA HD on my PC Dell XPS 410. Can I install the recovery disc that came with it but when it comes to an end, says the hard disk is corrupted and can not be read. Can anyone help me with this, its driving me up the wall, please help me. I need to install the drivers? Where can I find them? I tried the manufacturers site, but does not help. Western Digital Caviar Green HD, 16 MB cache.
I believe you have a BAD hard drives. You could also try and format it before, go with the slow method.
