Dell XPS adapter error?

I have this new XPS 1330, so sometimes when he starts the following error will appear .. "The AC power adapter Power and type can not be determined. The battery can not charge. Ring Dell up. If you are a new laptop and you're having hardware errors, then it should be covered under warranty. Especially because it's an XPS. If only a BIOS problem, so they can let you know. They can only send you a new power cord.
