Dell Xps Power Problem

Is the Dell XPS 410 power (375 watts) be able to run an nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS with no problems?

psu is overheating or something? Specs: 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB of RAM, 1 – 320GB HD, 2 optical drives, 5 USB ports in use

I do not see a problem with that, but perhaps be good to update the PS only for performance issues.
