Dell Xps Replacement Motherboard

I am in Dell Hell … someone please HELP !!!!?

I bought a Dell XPS M1530, in December. I've had 3 motherboards and now need to have a room. My fingerprint reader does not work because the coach did not turn it on when it actually appears. I called at least 3 times a week to try to something! Now I am just getting upset! I feel I bought a lemon and either a replacement or my money back. They refuse one of the two. Can someone please give me some advice on how to solve this! Should I file a lawsuit in small claims, inform the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general? And when I call the technical I can hardly understand them and can be rude or your system is in the next two hours! I am seriously in hell trying to fix it! HELP!

Ring the Better Business Bureau and ask them for information and advice. In some countries there are laws that protect the buyer and means that a company must replace or refund the money if the item is defective. Ask about things like "not fit for the purpose for which it was sold." Once I bought a row counter for my knitting needles and when I got out of the pack, I discovered that there was no hole, and it would be difficult to make a hole, if not impossible. I took and the store had a sign that said: "No refunds", but actually are not allowed to have a blanket "rule" as that under the laws of my country. By law, they are required to replace it with similar goods or refund your money. I'm just not sure that begins to make the choice.
