Dell Xps Rumors

Increasing video RAM in a laptop?
I am considering buying a Dell XPS M1530. It comes with a 256MB Nvidia 8600M GT dedicated graphics card. Heard there are many complications in changing the card (if not, tell me how) so I wonder if there is a way to use some of the memory (4GB) DDR2 memory as video RAM so I can get a total of 512MB VRAM (I heard this can be done by the BIOS, if so, how do I access it and what are the risks (if any)). Any other suggestions are welcome. The operating system is Vista Premium 64-bit, by way. I also heard some rumors about the expansion the VRAM through the ExpressCard slot 54, if someone has information that would be helpful, too.
1. You will not be able to update the video card on this laptop. You can help with the games, increasing virtual memory. 2. There is no way to use the RAM for the video card. 3. I'm not sure about the Express slot
